World Asthma Day 2009

Children and young people with asthma are the focus of World Asthma Day 2009, which is on Tuesday 5 May. More details will be available soon.

This year we are also launching our new fundraising week from 2-10 May 2009 to coincide with WAD and it is called ‘Putting Asthma into the Limelight’

There are plenty of ways to get involved, from being sponsored to wear a lime green wig, selling lime green iced cakes and throwing a lime cocktail party, to asking everyone in your school or office to pay to wear lime for the day. You'll be raising funds to give over a million children with asthma life-saving knowledge and support. So gather your friends and family around you, have loads of fun, think lime and help us by Putting Asthma in the Limelight!
