Investing in Teenage Health: policy through to practice

A one–day high level conference to focus on the health needs of young people, to explore the key messages from the children & young peoples health strategy and the implications for those who plan and commission services.

The day will include evidence from the DH innovative programme “Teenage Health Demonstration Sites” and an introduction to the “You’re Welcome” quality criteria for providing young people friendly health services.

There will be concurrent sessions based on the experiences of the four Teenage Health Demonstration Sites to help local areas develop action plans to improve local teenage health services.
