Joining Voice: the union for education professionals
SAPHNA members in mainland UK and Northern Ireland can now access personal legal advice and support as well as personal liability insurance (£5,000,000) from Voice. Voice is a non-striking union, without affiliations to any political party, offering trade union benefits to people employed in childcare, education, health and social care environments.
SAPHNA and Voice Dual Membership
SAPHNA feels strongly that as professional organisation it should be in a position to articulate the needs of the workforce it represents. To achieve this SAPHNA has formed a close working relationship with Voice: the union for education professionals, an organisation that is first and foremost a professional organisation and shares the same values as SAPHNA. Through this relationship we are able to offer a dual membership package with the benefits of professional indemnity and labour relationship advice. SAPHNA and Voice together, is mirroring the partnerships that its members are working in for the benefit of children, young people and families and is able to share across knowledge and expertise to become a stronger professional and political voice.
